I love watching the show Mad Hungry with Lucinda Scala Quinn on the Hallmark channel. Check out her blog. Her recipes are amazingly simple, and I love trying her stuff. Recently, I made her Chicken Picata, and I added a side of steamed french green beans. You can find her recipe here.
Truth be told, it was SO easy to make. I didn't have the super fine flour like she suggested, but it turned out just fine. Let me know what you think, and try it out!
